GK-10 BLUEDEER ADBLUE

Stock: 500 Piece
AdBlue is a non-toxic solution used to reduce chemically the NOx-emissions of diesel-fueled heavy duty vehicles. Adblue is neither explosive nor harmful for the environment and is classified in the lowest risk category of portable liquids. As Adblue is abrasive, certain materials are required for its use and storage. All the major truck and bus manufacturers in Europe have some models requiring AdBlue models. The more specific AdBlue is stored in a separate tank and does not mix with diesel or other types of fuel. Its use is provided with a system called SCR Selective Catalytic Reduction. AdBlue must comply with the DIN V 70070 and ISO 22241-1 technical specifications and must be in compliance with ISO and CEFIC regulations in order to ensure that your vehicle will perform the SCR system's function properly. It is very important for AdBue to comply with these standards in order to perform the functioning of the SCR system completely. AdBlue® is an officially registered trademark of VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) and can be used only with a license. Adblue is not toxic and, if used properly, does not pose any risk to humans, animals or to the environment. The product is partially alkaline with a pH of approximately 9.0, therefore it should not be in touch with aluminum, brass or mild steel directly. Stainless steel, plastic tanks and fittings are recommended for use. Among the precautions to be taken when working with AdBlue is to avoid contact with skin and eyes. In addition, in case of pouring into the floor it causes the risk of slipping. Cleaning methods are mechanical collecting and storing the product in suitable containers in order to conserve it. Keep and store it suitably in accordance with local and national regulations. After the cleaning, spray the remaining residuals with pressurized water. Adblue is not flammable. Adblue freezes at minus 52,7 °F (11,5 °C). Adblue can also be used after frozen. After melting, Adblue can be used without any problem. The best way to eliminate crystallization or spills is to wash it with water. When rinsing, be sure to close it thoroughly to prevent the solution getting contaminated in any way.

If Adblue is poured on an automotive paint, clean the surface with water and make the paint cleaned. If Adblue dries on the paint and crystallizes, that may cause a surface corrosion. The optimum storage period stated on Adblue is 12 months in case of proper storage conditions (temperature between (12.2 °F and 86 °F ( -11 ° C and + 30 ° C) ( in a well-shade and dry place). In addition to the storage temperature, a tightly packed package is also an important factor.
